Grade 5 Melbourne Camp
Our Grade 5 students travelled to Melbourne on Monday 30th March for the Urban Camp. They arrived safely in Melbourne, and the first activity was the Eureka Skydeck to see the views from above. They visited the MCG and had the best night spent at the Zoo. With multiple train and tram rides, thousands of steps, I’m sure every student will sleep well when they return home.

March ride to school day
This Friday 20th March, meet at Apex Park at 7:30am and walking to school at 7:45am. Enjoy a healthy BBQ breakfast on arrival at school. Looking forward to seeing you all there!
Student free day
This week marks the exciting commencement of our 12-month building project. Once completed, it will provide our school with a brand-new library, modern learning spaces, and dedicated Art and STEM facilities.
Aqua Park Family BBQ
Last Friday 20th February, was our annual Aqua Park Family BBQ. After lunch students walked across the footbridge in class groups and had fun in the sand. It is always nice seeing our families and students having fun together

Important Dates for Term 1
It was great to see so many happy and smiling faces last week when our students returned. Starting a new year is always exciting and all students have settled well into their classrooms as their learning takes off. With months of planning going into programs to start the year, it is always an exciting time for both students and teachers to get this underway.
Last day for 2025
As we finish our final week of school, it is always important to acknowledge and thank three key groups within our school for their work throughout the year.
Teaching Structure for 2026
Last week we published the list of teachers for each area. This week we can now add our ES staff to the list, completing our staffing for 2026. While some changes may happen throughout the year, we are looking forward to a successful start to the year.
Class Structure – 2026
Currently we are in the process of finalising our student placements for 2026. Students will find out their placement during transition days on Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th December.
Grade 1/2 Art
Grades 1/2 students have been experimenting with lemon juice and salt on their watercolour turtles! Do you notice how these students have included shadows beneath their turtles?
Grade 6 Corringle Camp
Congratulations, to our Grade 6 students for completing Corringle Camp. The first day was busy with canoeing, sailing, beach games and more. Day two became interesting with the heavy rain. Our resilient campers pushed through and supported each other with challenges. By day three the sun was out and our campers shone on
You're invited to Book Fair 18th November 2025
Book Fair commences next Tuesday 18th November and concludes Friday 21st November. Monday 17th, class groups will walk through to make wish lists. The fair is open at 8:45am – 9:15am and at 3:00pm – 3:30pm and will be held in the library.
